Limited Days making Lasting Memories

Now that I have just about 2 weeks until I graduate from Susquehanna University, I am really starting to appreciate all of the people I have met over the past 4 years and the relationships I have made. It is really sad to think that we will all be dispersing after graduation into different towns and areas in the country and even out of the country. I know that I will still keep in touch with many of the people that I have met here at Susquehanna, but it will be sad not to see them everyday like we do here at school.

It is funny, before college everyone kept telling me that it is not "what I know" after graduating it is "who I know" that will prove to be most valuable. I took this quote as a networking plug when I first heard it but now I am realizing that it is much more than that. The things I have learned in the classroom and from text books can not even compare to the things that I have learned from the people I now call friends. I have had real life experiences with the people that I have met along the way that have shaped who I am as a person and the perspective in which I look at things.

I will miss everyone so much!

Above is a picture of me with some of the most important people I have met here at SU!

  1. My friends are what I am most thankful for after four years. Sure the classes taught me a lot. But the life lessons are more valuable to me too.

  2. I still can't believe this year went so fast! Graduation is just around the corner. Although I didn't spend all four years at Susquehanna, it will be very bitter-sweet moving on to the next chapter.

  3. I agree with Megan, it's unbelievable that graduation is just about here! While I'm sad to be leaving, I'm excited to be spending the next 2 weeks with my friends.
